Our partnerships with local suppliers ensure that our fresh produce is sourced from the Jurassic Coast including Dorset Rock Oysters, Blue Vinny and Dorset Red cheeses, and Portland crab.
We source our meats locally from Jurassic Coast Meats, including the free range grass fed Angus beef for our delicious hand crafted burgers. Our favourite local butcher – Dennis and his Fantastic Sausage Factory supply our sausages, which are made using only the finest meats and ingredients.
Our tasty seafood dishes use fresh fish supplied to our restaurant daily from Davy’s Locker and Salmon delivered overnight directly from one of Scotland’s premier suppliers. The shellfish we use is sourced from Portland Shellfish, a third generation family business located just moments away at Portland dockyard.
If after all of that there’s still room for something sweet, enjoy one of our mouth-watering deserts, accompanied by a local favourite – Craig’s Dairy Farm ice cream.
